Agency Workers Directive - come on where are the guidance notes?

If we have to be subjected to even more Euro inspired legislation that will only add to businesses costs the least the authorities could do is speed up the  issuance of the guidance notes on implementation.

We have waited months until the Coalition announced they didn't intend to review it's contents but now it seems another hiatus will occur before the  guidance notes emerge.

Until the notes become available it is unwise to move beyond the information gathering and planning phase as nobody can supply reliable guidance.

We are happy to provide informal advice and would encourage this sites users have done as much information gathering as is feasible.
